Yes this is a demo but I still found it and his other ones very interesting. I signed up for the subscription to access his site. I was very hesitant to spend that much but after looking at the quality of the demos and a quick reply from them on a question I then new it would be a good deal. There are many videos on his site (much more than he advertises), lots of good technical information, and they will answer your questions.
250$ is nothing compared to the 2 hour seminars that I went to and cost me 400$ to learn the buttons on my camera.

all his vids are about referring to a website where u have to buy a 250 $/ year subscription.. this video is really NOT worth watching
